Crowborough Pumptrack

Velosolutions was commissioned by Crowborough Town Council to design and build a 70m pump track, primarily catering to children up to 10 years old and beginner users while remaining enjoyable for intermediate riders. The design incorporated smaller, rollable, and pumpable features to facilitate skill development. The project, driven by community requests since 2016, aimed to provide a safe facility for beginners in Goldsmiths Park, adjacent to the leisure center and play park. 

The pump track, enclosed by bow-top fencing, successfully addressed the identified need and became popular not only with the target audience but also with skateboarders who appreciated the smaller features for experimenting with tricks. The completion of the track was celebrated with a successful community event, supported by Velosolutions, featuring users of all ages and abilities.
